In a world of instant press, courtesy of ever-evolving technological advances, the one tragedy is the ability of a few less than complimentary comments causing far more damage than even the author of such negative press could have anticipated.
After having investigated claims of guarantees not kept and promises not delivered, the rampant negativity, though it possibly held merit to some degree, simply comes across as unjust.
